Shop statute

1)General statements


A person, who buys in our shop can only be an adult physical person or a company. All the given prices are expressed in polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices (with VAT tax). All products from our shop are new and under guarantee. We reserve the right to withdraw from sale some of products.


2)Orders


If you want to buy something in our shop, you should place your order using an electric form or write an e-mail: ramoneska@ramoneska.pl. You can also call us: (033) 846-13-45 or (033) 846-31-28. Uncorrectly filled orders won't be considered.


The time limit of accomplishment an order is 1-14 days from the date of confirmation the order. This time limit may be prolonged from a reason not dependent on us. In that case we inform our clients by e-mail or call them up.


In case of transferring money, we approve the date of coming in the order as a date of coming in the money on our bank account.


Orders confirmed in the afternoon and on day out are accomplished at earliest the next working day.


After placing the order, client will get an e-mail with his own order and the cost of delivery (depending on the weight).


At the moment of placing the order, client and the comapany contract a civil agreement. That means that after buying a product there is no option of cancellation the order except when a company will assent that cancellation.


In case of not taking back the parcel, shop can claim the return of incurred costs.


  1. Delivery

Products available in our shop are sent by Poczta Polska as a priority parcel. The option of delivery is only the client choice.

We suggest folowing ways of delivery:

  • priority parcel (previous transfer of money on our bank account): 18,00 PLN

  • priority parcel paid on delivery: 20,00 PLN

  • courier parcel (previous transfer of money on our bank account): 25,00 PLN

  • courier parcel paid on delivery: 35,00 PLN


FOREIGN DELIVERY – send by Poczta Polska

The cost of sending product abroad is dependent on a summary weight of a parcel – price-list down


A payment for a foreign delivery is possible only if you transfer money on bank account (number of our bank account: PL PKO 49 1240 4155 1111 0000 4631 2165).


Remember about adding the cost of delivery to the cost of product – to 5kg: 75,00 PLN; to 10kg:110,00 PLN; more than 15kg: 200,00 PLN.


A standard time of delivery is 5-14 days but it can be prolonged from a reason not dependent on us. For clients wish we send parcels by DHL courier. If we send parcel by DHL courier, the half of cost will be covered by the company and half by a client (client should add 30,00 PLN to the cost of a product).

Physical person receive the receipt together with a product. Transactors receive the VAT invoice. In case of demanding VAT invoice for a physical person please let us know before (send an e-mail or call up). Then we will need all details, including a NIP number. In case of cash on delivery the charge will be collected by a postman or paid on post/courier head office at the moment of receiving the parcel.


During the receipt of a parcel and after signing the bill of a consignment, client has the right to open the parcel (in a presence of a courier/post worker) and check the technical condition of a parcel. Client should draw attention to all packet and protective tapes damages . In case of stating that delivery is incompatible with previous order or damaged, buyer should ( in a presence of courier/post worker) draw up a report and send it to us. In other case we are not allowed to admit a complaint. Together with a parcel we send : available documentation, guarantee, receipt and a VAT invoice.

Shop does not have any influence on time lag in delivery of products sent by Poczta Polska or other courier firms and does not bear the responsibility.


  1. Ways of payment

    - transfer on bank account. We send product after receiving money on our bank account.

    -pay in cash (paid on delivery)

  2. Guarantee

    For a bought product we give our clients guarantee, damaged product can be sent by courier to producer (we cover the cost of courier). In case of any difficulties in accomplishment of a guarantee, please contact with us (by e-mail or call up).

  3. Return of a product

    Client can return the product (at the cost of one's own) within the time of 10 days from the day of receiving the product if the product is not damaged and has an original packet and with a complete of given documentation (receipt, guarantee). Product can not has any sign of use. In that case client receive the return of whole cost of product. In case of buying product on VAT invoice, before client will be given the return of costs, company is going to make out the corrective invoice. That corrective invoice should be signed and sent off together with above-mentioned documents complete.

  4. Privacy

    All the personal details given while the registration are reprocessed according to the “Ustawa o ochronie danych osobowych” from 29 August 1997 (Act about protection of personal details) and are used to accomplish the order so no other people have direct access to them.

    Client has an opportunity to change the personal deatils and demand stop using them.

  5. The ending

    All given prices are not a trade offer according to Kodeks Cywilny understanding.

    Photos of products can be a bit different from their real appearance. Trade-marks, names of products and their photos are property of the comapany and are used only to inform clients.
